Okitoki provides the services of using a protected and closed social network to communicate between parents and educators, in a safe and easy way. With this Privacy Policy we want to point out the concern for the privacy of our users and business partners and their personal data. This Privacy Policy defines the basic principles and rules of personal data protection in accordance with the business and security requirements of the Company, as well as legal regulations, best practices and internationally accepted standards. With the Privacy Policy, the Company, in order to ensure fair and transparent processing, wants to provide users of its services with clear information on the processing and protection of their personal data and enable them to easily monitor and manage their personal data. The privacy policy ensures an adequate level of data protection in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation and other applicable applicable laws related to the protection of personal data. The company does not collect personal data directly from Okitoki users, but the kindergarten or school or association or-or association of a company that provides education / work with children services (hereinafter: the Organization) does so. The organization enters personal data in Okitoka for its users (educators and parents), that is, it creates user profiles for its users. The Company processes personal data on behalf of and for the account of the Organization. The organization is the processing manager.

Whenever you use Okitoki, in the event of an error in Okitoki, we collect data and information (via a third-party product) on your phone called Log Data. This information may include information such as your device's Internet Protocol ("IP") address, device name, operating system version, Okitoki configuration when using our service, time and date of use of the service, and other statistics.

We do not process specific categories of personal data of respondents who reveal racial or ethnic origin, political opinions, religious or philosophical beliefs or union membership, genetic data, biometric data, data related to health or data on sexual life or sexual orientation of an individual or personal data relating to criminal convictions and criminal offenses.

The Company does not collect personal data but processes them in the name and on behalf of the Organization under contract and in accordance with the instructions of the Organization.
