Okitoki provides the services of using a protected and closed social network to communicate between parents and educators, in a safe and easy way. With this Privacy Policy we want to point out the concern for the privacy of our users and business partners and their personal data. With the Privacy Policy, the Company, in order to ensure fair and transparent processing, wants to provide users of its services with clear information on the processing and protection of their personal data and enable them to easily monitor and manage their personal data. The privacy policy ensures an adequate level of data protection in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation and other applicable applicable laws related to the protection of personal data. The company does not collect personal data directly from Okitoki users, but the kindergarten or school or association or-or association of a company that provides education / work with children services (hereinafter: the Organization) does so. The organization enters personal data in Okitoka for its users (educators and parents), that is, it creates user profiles for its users. The Company processes personal data on behalf of and for the account of the Organization. The organization is the processing manager.
